AINOX PLATFORM is an AI workspace for your organisation's own documents. You ask a question in plain language; the assistant answers from the files, wikis and sites your workspace has been given, and cites the source behind every claim.
Everything else in these docs serves that loop: getting documents in, deciding who may see them, connecting the models and tools that answer with them, and reading back how it is actually being used.

Two tiers of access
Most "who can see this?" questions come down to one distinction:
- Workspace — the shared tier. Workspace files are available to everyone in the workspace, and the assistant searches them for every member.
- Project — the narrow tier. A project's files are available only to the people added to that project.
Permissions are granted through groups at each tier, and each tier keeps its own audit log.
